Exodus Global Alliance is a biblical response and purposeful mission to reach out to the 155 million people affected by homosexuality in our world. Our mission is to maintain and establish effective Exodus Regions with vibrant and active Member Ministries in every country of the world and to mobilize churches to reach out to those affected by homosexuality.
Thus the purpose of the Exodus Global Alliance Executive Director is to actively develop Exodus Regions where there are none and to help those Regions develop Member Ministries that will then carry the Exodus message to the communities where they are located.
The primary requirement for the Executive Director of Exodus Global Alliance is that they have a passionate love and desire for the Lord and His people. Though the Executive Director will be the native of one particular country he or she must see themselves as a citizen of the world and not give preference to one region over the other. The person that will lead Exodus Global Alliance must be devoted to prayer, a seeker of truth and wisdom and one who is strong emotionally, physically and spiritually.
We are seeking a visionary who will be able to effectively communicate, work alongside and lead the international ministry of Exodus. The effectiveness of Exodus Global Alliance hinges on this person's ability to partner with the worldwide Exodus network and their respective leaders. The ability to calmly work through conflicts and relational struggles, as well as having a teachable attitude is essential.
