Exodus Global Alliance is recognized in the USA as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This means that gifts to Exodus from donors in the USA are tax-deductible. We issue receipts for all gifts at the end of the year.

Gifts may be made in the following ways:

1) Checks - Checks should be made out to "Exodus" and mailed to the Exodus office. Send your gift to:

2) Credit Cards / On-line Donations - Credit card gifts and on-line donations can be made through Network for Good. Network for Good is an organization that provides on-line donation services to charities in the USA. To make a donation, click on the Donate Now image just below. This will open a new window to Network for Good.

3) Stocks — Giving stocks to Exodus can benefit both you and Exodus. If you give the shares themselves you will be able to write-off the full amount of the stock at the time of the gift while Exodus can sell the shares without having to pay the capital gains tax on the shares. Therefore, Exodus receives the full benefit of your gift while you receive a tax write-off of the entire amount of your stock gift. 4) Wills — If you wish to name Exodus as a beneficiary in your will, you will need to include our contact information and tax identification number. They are:

5) Matching Grants — Many employers in the USA will contribute to 501(c)(3) organizations that their employees support. Exodus Global Alliance qualifies as one of these organizations. Check with the Human Resources department of your employer to see if they will match your gift.

6) Frequent Flyer Miles — You can give frequent flyer miles to a third party. With the amount of travel that we do to places in Africa, Asia Pacific, China, Europe, India and Latin America, we spend a lot on airfare, so we would appreciate your gift of frequent flyer miles.

Charitable giving in the USA is guided by government regulations. One key principle applied to all charitable giving is that when a donor designates a gift for a specific purpose, the organization must use it for that purpose or return the gift to donor. A second key principal is that donors must designate their gifts only to projects and ministries already approved by the responsible Board of the charitable organization. The designations listed above are approved by the appropriate board of Exodus.

If you do not specify a designation, your donations will be used on programs and projects that are approved by the International Board. Each contribution that is designated towards a board-approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the board, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most.
