Patricia Lawrence will finish her term as Executive Director of Exodus Global Alliancebe in May 2008 after 12 years of dedicated service.

 

A Search Committee was formed to conduct a comprehensive search to identify and attract top candidates for her successor. The Committee is comprised of members from the Exodus Global Alliance International Board. The Search Committee wants to reach out to the many people that are a part of Exodus Global Alliance. Accordingly, we have created these webpages to provide information to you and seek responses from you as we search for Exodus Global Alliance's new Executive Director.

 

Pat Lawrence encourages people regarding these changes, saying, “God doesn't change, but He's constantly changing methods, modes and tactics and even people! Sometimes change is smooth, gradual and beautiful, like the changes of seasons. At other times it is abrupt and full of pain, like the birth of a child. Regardless of the type of change, when God initiates change, we have the assurance that it will work out according to His divine purposes.
