Advance Registration payment can be made by cheque or credit card (Mastercard/Visa). Use the on-line registration forms to provide the credit card payment information. On-site registration payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or debit card.
Registration fees do not include accommodation, meals or travel expenses. Information about accommodations is available on the Accommodations page. Information about meals is available on the Facilities & Services page.
Daily and evening fee can not be combined to replace an entire conference fee.
Registration Information
Language Translations
Requests for language translation service in Cantonese, French, Mandarin, Portuguese or Spanish must be requested by March 30, 2008. Requests are made on the registration form.
Cancellation
Conference registration for single and couple full seminar fees is refundable if your written cancellation notice is received by April 20, 2008. There will be no refunds after this date. There is a cancellation fee of $50 for a single full conference registration and $75 on a couple’s full conference registration. There will be no refunds for Full Day, Evening or Youth Special registrations. Approved refunds will be sent out after the conference.
Changing Your Registration
If you wish to switch your full conference registration to single day or evening registration (or visa versa), we will accept requests received by April 20, 2008. No changes will be accepted after this date. All change requests must be made via fax or letter. Outstanding fees must be sent with the request. Overpayments will be refunded after the conference.
Registration Receipt
A receipt will be issued for all registration fees paid in advance. Bring the receipt to the conference.

Thursday - 5 pm
Friday - 8:30 am and 6:00 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am
