Exodus conferences are held each year in various places around the world. These conferences are designed to minister to people looking for help and to equip people who want to help others.

Member Ministries
 
Exodus has local ministries, also called Member Ministries, in many countries around the world. Two of the most common services that Exodus member ministries provide are counselling and support groups. In addition, some member ministries provide a live-in program. Others provide some on-line services such as counselling by email or discussion forums for people who are too far away from a local ministry to receive help in-person.

Counselling - Counselling is a common service because it is helpful to the men and women who are in conflict with their same-sex attractions and are looking for a way out.

Support Groups - Support groups offer a chance to meet people who understand, to receive encouragement from each other. Their purpose is to provide counselling, follow-up and discipleship to those who come from a homosexual background. Support groups are places where men and women who want to leave homosexuality can:

  • speak freely in a safe and confidential place
  • be encouraged by hearing how others are dealing with their struggles
  • hear about the love of God for them and about their true identity in Him
  • learn about homosexuality and the process of healing and change

Live-in Programs - Some Member Ministries offer live-in programs for people seeking freedom from homosexuality. These programs are for people who require more structure and accountability in their lives to mature in their walk with Christ and the process of change they want to undergo.

Part of Exodus' ministry is to provide resources to people looking for help and to ministries seeking to help people. There are many Christian books and videos available to encourage and help you. These are available from several sources.
