This is a discussion on how to systemically equip existing youth ministries and/or create a new youth ministry with a focus of reaching gay youth with the gospel. In part, it is based on the lessons learned and the effective approaches taken derived from a survey of nearly a dozen Exodus member ministries with an active youth ministry component.
